RecruiterEnablement.org is a not-for-profit project by Adam Gordon, a recruitment professional since 1999 with experience at Hudson, Havas People and PwC and as founder of Social Media Search (JV with Norman Broadbent plc 2012) and Candidate.ID (exit to iCIMS 2022).
Adam has devoted much of the last 20 years to advancing talent acquisition with better processes and technologies. He is determined to inspire talent acquisition teams with a deeper understanding of recruiter enablement, having seen first hand the positive impact sales enablement can have in mainstream sales & marketing.
